Make sure you take a 10-15 minute cab ride from the city centre and visit the Casbah Coffee Club where the Beatles played almost every Sunday before they were famous. Most other Mersey beat groups have played there too! This is in the cellar of Pete Best's former home (Original Beatles Drummer) and you might be so fortunate to get a personal tour from Pete's brother Rory who knew all the Beatles personally then. Original walls and ceilings painted by John and Paul. Original stage and even some original mics and amps! We have been twice and love it! You can almost feel the vibe of 1000+ teens in there from about 1959-1962.

The festival is a must attend event for all Beatle fans.If you see no other performer,you have just got to see Hal Bruce.

I havent´n been in the festivel but I have been 10 days before in Liverpool!

It was amazing and the streets were almost finish for the festival!
